Fifth JITs Evaluation Report
Introduction
The Fifth Joint Investigation Teams (JITs) Evaluation Report, published by the Secretariat of the Network of National Experts on Joint Investigation Teams, provides insights into the effectiveness and challenges of JITs. Based on 67 evaluations completed between December 2022 and December 2024, the report highlights the importance of the setting-up phase and early involvement of Eurojust in facilitating coordination among participating countries.
