Extra-Financial Reporting Obligations

In conjunction with the IBA Annual Conference being held in Paris, we are organizing a comparative law roundtable focused on the topic of extra-financial reporting obligations for companies.

Given the recent adoption of the CSRD mandatory framework by the EU, this topic has emerged as a systemic trend that companies globally will need to navigate. This roundtable will feature esteemed panelists from several jurisdictions, including China, India, the UK, and the US. Each panelist will provide a presentation on how this topic is approached in his respective jurisdiction, offering a comprehensive global perspective. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the panelists and raise questions.
